Americans live in a society caught up in image of itself. The major difference between working moms and stay home mothers is in their appearance. The picture of a mom that works is a fresh face usually with cream, make up, good hairstyle and accessories. Elegant clothes and well combined with their shoes and purse. In the other hand, mothers who choose to stay at home do not pay attention to their look. They might have greasy hair with a pony tail, no makeup, skin care or accessories; they use comfortable clothes no matter the style, colors.
Lifestyles and careers sometimes influence how a person chooses to dress.

I know some working mothers who should be ashamed to leave the house and stay at home moms who look like they are going clubbing to pick up their children at school. ReplyDeletePatricia: I know it is not fair to situate every mom in the same pouch, but I am taking in consideration the common picture people have toward mother’s rolls and the appearance they exhibit. Moreover, readers know that exceptions will always exist.
